Request permanent deletion of your account and associated data at any time. This page explains how to delete your account and what happens afterward.

How to request deletion

Choose the option that works best for you.

Option 1: Delete directly in the app

If you can log in to Milaune, this is the quickest way:

  • Open the Milaune app and log in
  • Go to Settings
  • Select Delete Account
  • Confirm the deletion when prompted

Your account and data are deleted immediately — this cannot be undone.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you can’t access the app or no longer wish to reinstall it, send your request from the email address registered to your account.

We verify requests by matching the sender’s email address against our records. If you’ve lost access to your registered email, contact us anyway and include as much identifying information as you can.

This action is permanent. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered or restored.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, the following is permanently removed:

  • Your profile information, including name, date of birth, gender, sexual orientation/preferences, religion, photos, bio, and interests
  • Your email address and login credentials
  • Your messages and conversations
  • Your location and app preferences/settings
